I have been weight training to improve my cycling and I think it is paying off. I have spoken to a couple people and read some about the subject and the information seems to be that weight training isn’t a good idea, so I’m a bit confused. It is suggested that weight training should be done in the off season and not during the cycling season. Also, what exercises would you suggest? What say you?
