Looking for a fun ride next Saturday, September 10th? "Bike to the End for a Friend" leaves from Lily Flanagan's in Islip at 6am and heads to Montauk.

Here's information on the ride from ride organizer John Perkins -

There are two recipients for this years Bike to the End for a Friend - Jaime Teccetta and Mary DeLorenzo. We are riding in remembrance of Jaime who leaves two children behind. She was one of the victims of the pharmacy shooting. Jaime was 33 and was to be married in a few months. Instead, she was buried in her wedding dress. Monies collected will go to her two children’s education fund. Mary DeLorenzo, age seven, was recently diagnosed with cancer. It is our hope to help raise money to help defray the cost associated with the treatments she will be undergoing.

100% of the funds raised will be split 50-50 for each the cause.
