Hi Everyone,

For those who didn't know, I had the hip arthroscopic procedure done on the labrum tear two weeks ago.  I started my first day of PT (post the surgery) yesterday.  I had a grin from ear to ear when the therapist led me to the stationary bike!  He told me next week I can go back to my gym and just use the bike. There's alot to be said for when physical therapy incorporates riding a bike, we're obviously doing something good for ourselves!  It's even nicer when you ride with a great group of people.  I'm not sure how long it'll be before I start riding with the club again, so I just want to take this time to say, please stay safe and just know that I miss my friends.  Hope to see you very soon!
