NOTE:
Under the Ride Level details, the "Type: Road Bike" refers to the ride will be on paved roads (rather then off road trails). Although a Road Bike is suggested for Road Bike Type rides it is not required. Hybrid and mountain bikes can be used on these rides as well provided you are comfortable with the pace outline in the Posted Ride. This ride calendar is for club rides, club meetings, club event posts and shop rides only.

The SBRA May General Meeting will be held as an
"IN PERSON" meeting, on Thursday, May 2nd at 7:00 pm.

Please join us for this IN PERSON meeting for a chance to see some of your fellow SBRA members that you may not have seen for a while.

Guest Speaker:

  • Learn how to become more fit, upgrade your cycling ability, and reach your riding goals by adjusting the time that you spend on your bike.

  • Come to SBRA’s May meeting to hear a national champion (a certified coach and former teacher) discuss the evolution of aerobic training, learn about current training theory, and to find out how you can reorganize your riding schedule to maximize its training benefits.

  • Please bring paper and a pencil to this surprisingly easy-to-understand and upbeat workshop as you will leave the meeting with a customized training blueprint.
