    Come ride scenic roads as we elevate your heart rate, as we train our bodies and souls for the Montauk Century.

    Bring $$$ for snacks. THERE WILL BE TWO GROUPS. I will be leading the moderate B group and Dave DiRoma will take the lead on those that want to ride a little faster.
    Both groups will have a sweep BUT only my group will have Jose :-)

    Please note the earlier start time as I want to see my granddaughter, Lila, after the ride.
    For those of you that need a reminder, BRING EXTRA TUBES.
