    Details (RL read field instructions carefully): 

    It's an earlier start and a shorter route since I have an appointment. We can do 27 miles if we cut down the break time at McDs.

    Since there is a heat and air advisory, earlier and shorter might be a good idea.

    I tried to get other leaders to post but they were unavailable. 

    Usual gulp and goes, more if needed.

    Pulls always appreciated.
