Details (RL read field instructions carefully):
Meet-up at the parking lot across from The Maples, for something a little different! This will be a non-stop team time trial ride. We'll do 5 laps of the old Grumman 6.25 mile Time Trial course, plus warmup and cooldown. Make sure you have adequate water bottles and gels, since we're riding non-stop!
The details:
We start with a 2.3 mile warmup from The Maples up to the intersection of Line Road and Grumman Boulevard. Then it's the time trial, where everybody takes a pull at the front of the pack, then rolls to the back for some recovery. DO NOT coast when you get off the front - you will be dropped! We'll try to stay together for the first 4 laps, but the the last (5th) lap is all-in at your own pace. Finally, we'll do a 2.3 mile cooldown, riding together back to the parking lot.
IF you get dropped, we aren't slowing down, but you can use the shortcut riding up Line Road to Grumman Boulevard to rejoin the group!
