    Details (RL read field instructions carefully): 
    Going to Great River. Just a little slower, well maybe a lot slower than Howard. I would like to come in between 14.8 and 14.9 mph +/- a tad.  In order to get this average we will be doing road speeds between 14.5 and 15.5 mph.Expect down hills and wind at your back to be faster.
    We will take a break at the bagel shop about mile 14. Things could change slightly due to road conditions and wind direction.  Pulling is always appreciated. 
    Any cancellations will be posted by 7:30 the morning of the ride. If you have any question text me 631.484.3490.
