    Ride to Long Beach and Short Beach in beautiful Nissequoge on what should be a beautiful afternoon. This is my first crack at hills since my last surgery, so we will bo a B- pace and keep it short-and no alarm clock necessary. Park on the south side of the LIRR station. Ready to roll at 2pm.. See ya
