    This week's M.O.M. Ride will be at a  B+ level. Lately most of my rides have been coming in at 17-18mph avg with cruising speeds of 17-21, so let's do that. Winter ride, steady pace with no surging and lots of enjoyment.

If you have downloaded the old version (prior to 2/25/2024) you should delete it from your bike's computer and replace it with the route above (same route #).
