    Details (RL read field instructions carefully): 

    This will be a mostly flat, slowish ride since I have not ridden since mid December. We'll ride to the Quogue Wildlife Refuge. Bring snacks, water as there is no deli stop. We'll stop for the bathroom, snack and to say hi to the animals. Cell phone 516-330-1542.
