    Details (RL read field instructions carefully): 

    Meet in the big parking lot behind Pet Smart and Boston Market. We'll loop through East Northport / Greenlawn and then over to King's Park. After the bakery/rest stop we'll swing south through Smithtown and Commack. We'll keep a brisk B pace thoughout... meaning around 15-16 mph avg depending on the group. Even though there are some long stretches of flat roads, there are definitely lots of up and downs. Less hills than last weeks ride, but wait ups as needed are no problem. No one gets dropped.
