I was a bit intimidated by Tom (aka Fred) posting an A+ ride until I saw the average was only 20.5, which is just the top end of the B+ category. Still for those who would prefer to ride at the lower end of the category, I will aim for 17/18 average. This ride is not for those who hammer and/or hijack (H&/H). If that is your intent please do the Fred ride. I have changed the traditional ride to account for the poor conditions of Brookhaven roads. There are hammering sections where we let loose the stallions (and mares) and appropriate and traditional wait ups. We are agnostic with respect to cycle computers, Garmins, Flightdecks, Polars and even no computers can ride with us. But you must wear a helmet and ride a bike with at least one gear. We will leave promptly.
