    Details (RL read field instructions carefully): 

    We will leave from Brookhaven Town's Lake Ronkonkoma beach located on Pond Road. This is the small Brookhaven beach NOT the Islip Town beach on Rosvale. The ride travels up to Nissequogue River State Park, the grounds of the old KP state hospital. The ride follows The river in San Remo on the way back. Bring a snack. We will keep it to a B pace and no one gets left behind. Cue sheets will be provided.
