    Off to Bean and Bagel for breakfast.  Standard C+/B- pace, depending on wind, road conditions and rider ability. Build up your legs for Spring riding, Metric/Montauk centuries and Bike Boat ride. For info., contact Bill Gravitz at 631-356-3036.  Check ride calendar day of ride, changes will be posted by 08:00am.  Park in King Kullen lot closest to 7-11 and McDonald's.
