    we leave from the energy gym parking lot (saint james) and ride till about 7:15am or so. a great time to ride as the car traffic and pollution are low. this week we will head north......welll kinda!!!

    no...the time is correct so rsvp if you plan on riding. if the roads/weather is questionable, i will post early. no go if rain, wet roads, or snow.
