The traditional route, with a break at Panera Bread. Ride average will depend on winds and group, but I aim to average in the 14's. Any changes posted by 7:00am.
Designed a new route. This will start out the season as a B+/A- ride and work up to a A ride at some point. As the days get longer I will move the time back to a later start. It will eventually start at 5:30 like Jailhouse Break.
Kindly text me by Monday night so I can fill out the Ride Sheet.
St James General store, pre Weekend Hill ride. 20 miles 800 ft of elevation. Nobody gets dropped work the hills as you wish with wait ups at top of River Rd. This is short but effective in training. 4pm start should take about 1 1/2 hours in total.
