NOTE:
Under the Ride Level details, the "Type: Road Bike" refers to the ride will be on paved roads (rather then off road trails). Although a Road Bike is suggested for Road Bike Type rides it is not required. Hybrid and mountain bikes can be used on these rides as well provided you are comfortable with the pace outline in the Posted Ride. This ride calendar is for club rides, club meetings, club event posts and shop rides only.

Today's Mi Tierrita ride will be going to Smith’s Point. The route is mostly flat with a small incline here and there and of course there must be one little hill. The average pace for the ride will be between 14.9 to 15.9 +/- mph, depending on the roads and wind direction. The road speed will be between 15.5 and 17.0 mph. We'll stop along the way for a bathroom break around mile 10. Don’t forget to bring a snack. Do you know what AGUAPANELA is? Come and find out.
The average pace for the ride will be between 15.1 to 15.9 mph +/- depending on the roads, wind direction, rider ability, tailwinds, downhills, break-a-ways and other conditions.All of these conditions could change the final average one way or the other. Naturally, the road speed will be higher (15 -18 mph.) to produce the average.

For this Flat ride the Average speed is 12-13mph depending on riders, wind, tide, position of moon and leaders disposition with a distance of 23-27 miles. Nobody gets left behind and newbies always welcome and well taken care of. Any cancellation will be before 8:00am. No need to text me.
Please arrive at least 15 minutes before the ride start, to allow enough time for me to get everyone signed in and to "get yourself" ready.

There were too many C+ rides posted today, so this will now be an easy C ride from Bellport to Patchogue, and the surronding area. We will average 11.3 - 11.9, depending on the winds, the riders, etc. We will take our break at the Patchogue Ferry Dock and you may pick up something at the deli around the corner before we get to the dock, if you want to. Bathrooms are available at the ferry terminal. The route will be determined the moring of the ride, so no cue sheets.
NOTE #1: You must be a club member to go on club rides.

We will be leaving Bank of America and head to Great River and East Islip for a 25 mile ride. The ride will be at a B- pace with an average speed of around 14.5 to 15 mph and road speeds that will reach 16 to 18 mph.
Changes or cancelation will be posted by 1:30pm day of ride.
