    It's going to be another hot one so I would like to start at 8:00 to try to beat the heat.

    Today lets go to the Wildlife Refuge and then to the Beach Bakery. We will take a quick food/rest break and head back. It is supposed to be hot on Sunday so bring plenty of fluids for the ride. No one gets dropped and wait ups if needed. This is a B pace so the average at the end of the ride will be around 16 mph. This will be a nice end to the Holiday Weekend.
