NOTE:
Under the Ride Level details, the "Type: Road Bike" refers to the ride will be on paved roads (rather then off road trails). Although a Road Bike is suggested for Road Bike Type rides it is not required. Hybrid and mountain bikes can be used on these rides as well provided you are comfortable with the pace outline in the Posted Ride. This ride calendar is for club rides, club meetings, club event posts and shop rides only.

If I don't hear  from anyone, I will leave from home -- so please be sure to text that you're coming, with your SBRA number and emergency phone number.  My cell:  631-835-1454. 

This ride is 32 miles of pretty flat, going to Coram, plus 4 miles of hills:  going UP Ashton, (wait-ups, no problem) followed by the rollers on West Bartlett and a break at the Springlake Golf Course.  Please note:  we will be on Rte. 25 for about a half mile.  There is a wide shoulder.
I’ll cruise at a low C+ of 13 or so.  
Any changes or cancellation will be posted no later than 8am morning of ride.
