M.O.M remains a B+ ride for this week. Cruise 18-22, avg 19, no surging please, steady pace.

The route will be altered due to the closure of Dam Rd on Peconic Lake. We will head South on Connecticut, then left (East) on Mill as we head East to route 24 and Wildwood Lake where we have the usual rest stop. On our Westbound trip on route 24 we will take a right on Pinehurst Blvd, ride down to South River Rd and head West back to 24. The remainder of the ride will be the usual return route. CHANGE: new date for this ride.

Join me for this C ride, which will average 11.5 - 12.0; no one gets dropped and we will be observing spacing rules, etc. Ride route will be determined by the road conditions; decision to be made the morning of the ride; no cue sheets. We will either head to Blue Point or to Oakdale for our break; there will be a bathroom stop.

The number of riders is limited, so if you want to ride, text me (631-523-2129) with your SBRA Member Number and Emergency Contact phone number. I will respond to your text and let you know if you have a spot on the ride. Once the ride is filled, I will change to post to indicate that

We will be leaving Bank of America and head to Great River and East Islip for a 22 mile ride.  The ride will be at a B- pace with an average speed of around 14.5 to 15 mph and road speeds that will reach 16 to 18 mph.
