    Details (RL read field instructions carefully): 

    Come join me for a ride thru Bellport and Patchogue with an average pace between 13.6 and 14.0 mph. There will be a stop at Mickey D's or a deli somewhere between mile 12 & 16. No one will be dropped. Check the ride calendar for any weather, or last minute cancellations which will be posted no later than 8:00AM if necessary.
