    Route to be determined Looking to have a Nice recovery ride on Monday Afternnoon. We will focus on Cadence and Heart Rates more that going Pedal to the Metal. Looking to start ride in the Sunshine area. 

     

    This is NOT a Sightseeing Ride and will be N/S for most part and we could ad a few miles on to the ride.
