    This ride has been completely changed and is a "new addition" to my Bike 'n Bite series of rides! 

     Join me for this morning ride from SPEONK to Westhampton. This will be an easy C ride, which will average 11.3 - 11.8.

    We will ride from Speonk to Westhampton, where we will take our break at the Westhampton Bakery. The exact route will be determined at the start, depending on the winds and the riders. There will be a bathroom available when we take our break at the Westhampton Bakery. Since nothing is certain until we start, there will not be a cue sheet for this ride.  

    Please text me with your name, SBRA Member Number, and Emergency Contact phone number if you plan to ride, as I am limiting the number of riders on my rides.

    After the ride we plan to get lunch (ergo the "bite" part of the ride) at the Little Gull Cafe, across the street from the train station.

    NOTE: PARK IN THE TRAIN STATION ON THE WEST SIDE OF North Phillips Avenue. We will move across the street when we have lunch.
