    This ride is welcoming Ann's back after surgery so the speed depends on her abiility! Just 483' of climbing over 25miles <20' per mile.  It is as flat as I can make it! 

    The route is down to Dune Rd, and then up to the Wildlife park (mile 15), where we will take a short break (bathrooms available).  Bring own snack and hydration.  We will not be stopping in West Hampton Beach.
