    This will be a stress free and leisurely ride on the Belmont Lake trail.  There will be brief water breaks and an option for a deli stop. 

    Please text or call me at 631-521-0688 in the event you plan on joining me on this ride so that I can update you immediately of any unexpected/weather related changes.
