RIDE IS A GO ! see you at the start.

The aliens and Route 51 have missed us, so join me in launching Season Three of the Area 51 / Alien ride.

To kick off the third season of the Area 51 ride, we'll have a special start from Riverhead. We'll start from the parking lot located behind Twin Forks Bicycles. The road that travels along the back parking lots behind the stores in Riverhead is called McDermott Avenue; it runs parallel to Main Street along the river, Twin Forks is about halfway along McDermott on your left. After the ride, Nick has invited us to visit his store.

The remote start will give us a chance to hit the Route 51 hill early in the ride, so we'll all have fresh legs to sneak up on those pesky aliens. As usual the route will hit a few hills and we'll do the ride non-stop except for some regroups along the route; who wants to stop and have to warm-up again at this time of year!

While it's a remote start for this episode, it's only a few miles from our normal start in Manorville; it's not like we'll be 2000 Light Years from Home!
