    Last I checked there are no pumpkin farms on Dune Road, so we'll avoid the madness that's the North Fork pumpkin picking season the weekend before Halloween.

    We'll head out from the King Kullen in Manorville down through Remsenburg and Westhampton, then along Dune Road to the canal.

    The only climb worth mentioning is the Ponquogue Bridge, otherwise this ride is flat.

    Ride average pace will be mid-B, about 15 mph.

    Lunch will be at the Green Door if it's still open, if not we'll figure out somewhere else to stop.

    Forecast is for a chilly start - around 40 degrees - so bundle up!

    Any ride changes will be posted by 7am on Saturday morning.

    King Kullen Manorville - LIE exit 70 south CR 111 about a half mile to Chapman Blvd. Shopping center is on the corner of CR 111 and Chapman.
