    Details (RL read field instructions carefully): 

    Slightly shorter, slightly slower pace than Gary's ride, but let's all meet at the beach! Deli stop before the beach, rest stop at the beach. Wait ups at major turns (PS this ride is Stephen's birthday ride, so remember to wish him a happy one!). Average pace will be around 14.0 to 14.5
