Details (RL read field instructions carefully):

Sunny and warm by 10am so ride is a go and has been
delayed one 1/2 hr to allow for safe driving and riding.
    See you there.

What's Orion the Hunter have to do with the October moon
anyhow ? You'll have to come on the ride to find out. I'll just
say that Zeus wasn't too happy with someone messing around
    with his beautiful daughter Artemis.
Okay about the ride. This a Three Point Ride through some of the
most scenic areas that the North Fork has to offer. I'll be doing a
middle of the road B paced ride so that a larger number of riders can
enjoy the ride. If there are any other ride leaders that would like to join
me and lead let me know and I'll modify my ride. The terrain will be flat
to rolling to a little hilly in the Nassau Point area.
This evening there will be a celestrial event occuring in the evening hours and
those that wish can join me at the "Custer Institute" to view the Orionid
Meteor shower are invited. These meteors originate out of the constellation "Orion".
See how this is all pulling together ? Anyway I'll be posting more info and
modifying the ride as the ride date approaches. If you plan on staying on
out east after the ride you should bring blankets, warm clothes and a folding
chair. Plz ctc me if you need some clarification. This ride will be a no go
because of rain, heavy winds or cloudy conditions. My cell is 631 626 3900
Hope to see you on my last ride of the season!
