    Details (RL read field instructions carefully): 

    Grand tour of Stony Brook Harbor, along back roads in Nissequogue, Head of the Harbor, Stony Brook, and Setauket.

    We visit three beaches and a lighthouse, with a deli stop in Stony Brook.

    This is a hilly ride at a B pace effort, wait-ups as needed on the hills.

    Pre-register at least one hour before the ride start by texting your name, member #, emergency #, and mobile # to Tim at 631-655-5447. 

    Any ride changes will be posted by 7 am the morning of the ride.
