    Details (RL read field instructions carefully): 

    Get a few winks after late night at Staller & come out for some sunshine & Vit. D as we ride from Coram to Cedar Beach and loop around Middle Isl area. Will try to come in about 35 miles. WEather promises to be great before the Sunday showers so come on out!
