    Join me for a little workout with a trip through Old Field, Stony Brook, Head of the Harbor, St. James; with a short break at the light house and some challenging hills near the end. We'll stay together, but there will be a few places to break away. Ride leaves promptly at 7:45, expected avg. 14.5-15.
