    Second B- ride this week for this beautiful route to Poquott, Strong's Neck, the Old Field Light House and West Meadow Beach.

    We will do the few hills at a slow pace and wait for everyone. NO PRESSURE on this ride.

    You'll keep coming back for this one.

    I am checking out the Deli in Setauket for a rest stop on this route and will change this post if it works out.

    Rest stops in several places and a port-a-lav at West Meadow Beach. Water is also available at West Meadow.

    I will post any changes by 7am
