    This is the ride where you do some hill work with NO PRESSURE. We wait for everyone at the top of each hill and have a few places where you can go as fast as you want on some long downhills.

    One of the most scenic routes on the Island.

    We can stop at the Deli in Setauket, but not sure if they have available bathrooms. This will be the first time stopping there. The bathrooms at West Meadow may be open now. There is also a port-a-lav there. Water is available at West Meadow beach.

    We will ride to Poquott, Strong's Neck, the Old Field Light House and West Meadow Beach and head back to Marshall's along a route that isn't too hilly.

    STOP TELLING YOURSELF HOW HARD YOU THINK THE NORTH SHORE IS

    JUST DO IT!!!!!!!!! You will be glad you did.
